Roles and Responsibility :


Job Summary:

Maximization of sales for a company’s products. The turnover of sales and provide data regarding changes required in the product to meet customer standards, reach the customer directly.


Job Title: Sales & Operations Executive



  • Experience of 6 months and above
  • Attend and process Long Tour & Short Tour Queries on call / mail / message
  • Handling Portals & other agents on a regular basis
  • Generating new business channels to achieve desired targets given by the company
  • Understand & Thorough with the Travel Products established for customers
  • Deep work on Product insights & Business process
  • Developing & Maintaining customer relationship


Required Skills:

  • Work as per strategy to achieve desired targets given by the company
  • Execute Marketing campaigns
  • Actively networking with Portals, Travel agents, Clubs, Group, Customers to seek out new Sales opportunities
  • Handle suppliers & their bookings
  • Ground management for destination & supplier relationship
  • Prepare & maintain worksheets for effective workflow & data management
  • Attend all calls & reply to the mails / messages on a regular basis
  • Building a strong customer database for the company
  • Handle & update back end worksheets, software related work flow.
